Italian Sausage and Peppers Over Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 package of Italian sausage
- 1 onion diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 orange bell pepper diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper diced
- Minced garlic
- Seasoning of choice
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (I prefer Rao’s)
- Zucchini noodles
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Oregano
- Cook sausage in olive oil for 10-12 minutes over medium-high heat (turning over once) and set aside.
- Cook peppers and onions in the same pan for 8 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 4 more minutes.
- Cook your zucchini noodles and set aside.
- Stir the Rao’s Sauce into the pan with the peppers and onions. Slice the sausage into 1/2-inch pieces and add to the pan as well.
- Fold zucchini noodles into the mixture and allow to cook for 4 minutes on medium-low.
- Season to taste with seasonings listed.
- Serve and top with Parmesan cheese as a garnish.
