Cinnamon Blueberry Yogurt Recipe

Per Serving: 280 calories; 14g fat; 20g carbohydrates; 22g protein; 7g fiber

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounce plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ⅛ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ ounce chia seeds
  • Cinnamon to taste
