"I got the gastric sleeve back in October 2025 and I’ve been taking these ever since. When I’ve had labs done my vitamin levels have been great so these multis must be working pretty well. And the yummy taste just makes them super easy to take. I will note that if I take them on an empty stomach they do make me queasy, but that’s pretty easy to avoid by just making sure to eat first."
