Q&A
After bariatric surgery. We’re suppose to get 1500mg of calcium a day. It says serving size 2 equals 500 mg. Does that mean I would have to take 6 a day?
Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. Our serving size is 2 tablets per day and as indicated in the label each serving size would be 500mg to reach the amount indicated of 1,500mg it would be 6 tablets per day; however, we also encourage all our customers to speak with their healthcare provider as well regarding their dietary supplement needs and potential interactions.
Where is the sugar coming from? Are you counting the mannitol (sugar alcohol) as the sugar?
Hello Lindsay, thank you for reaching out. Our products are formulated to utilize the least amount of inactive excipients to ensure product quality and uniformity. Both mannitol and xylitol are used to provide a balance in tablet texture and flavor. There are less than 2 calories per gram in each product serving, which accounts for the total amount of sugar alcohols used per tablet (< 1gram). Hope this helps!
