Air Fryer Buffalo Wings and Parmesan Zucchini Fries with Chipotle Dipping Sauce

We're back with another great recipe from our friend Ked. He added a healthy twist to a classic dish. Check it out!

Ingredients Buffalo Wings:

  • 2 pounds chicken wing drums and flats
  • Seasoning of choice
  • Olive oil
  • Cooking Spray
  • Buffalo Sauce of Choice
  1. Pat the wings dry. 
  2. Toss wings in a little olive oil and season generously with seasoning of choice. 
  3. Place wings spaced out in the air fryer basket. 
  4. Cook on 400 for ten minutes and flip the wings and cook for another ten minutes or until the wings are crispy and golden brown. 
  5. Immediately toss wings in buffalo sauce and pair with blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Ingredients Parmesan Zucchini Fries:

  • 2 medium zucchini 
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Seasoning of choice
  • Cooking Spray
  1. Cut the zucchini in half and then into sticks for the fries. 
  2. In a bowl mix and combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings. 
  3. Beat the egg and dredge zucchini and then bread crumb mix. 
  4. Place on baking sheet, spray generously with cooking spray. 
  5. Place in the air fryer for ten minutes on 400 or until crispy.

Creamy Chipotle Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup of Mayo
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Whisk ingredients in a bowl to combine. Enjoy!
